The Holiday Homestretch
Oh boy it’s tough to get back to work after U.S. Thanksgiving. Particularly knowing that Christmas Vacation is right around the corner. Makes it difficult to feel fully invested in any project, knowing that we’re firmly in “let’s circle back after the Holidays” territory. Nevertheless, producing content for a global market never sleeps – especially when you’re working with clients and vendors outside the U.S. who, ya know, didn’t have a minimum of two days off last week and have ensured you have a very full inbox upon return. It’s a learning experience for me who previously had a job wherein I either worked overtime on Holidays (yay tourism) or, if I did take time off, I was really fully off because I couldn’t do my job without physically being there, putting lanyards around the necks of paying guests. Turns out that aspect of working at a theme park for as along as I did was actually pretty nice.…

Fandom Game Club ‘A Way Out’ Act V + Jackbox Community Stream?
We only have one more Act to complete in order to reach the thrilling conclusion of Hazelight Studio’s co-op extravaganza A Way Out! Join Bailey Meyers and me as we navigate the fallout of the big twist and discover what will become of our boys Vincent and Leo. But since that will probably only take an hour at most, we’ll probably dive into some Jackbox after that and have a real nice time.

I think it’s time for everyone to admit that a lot of Thanksgiving sides are actually pretty mid. Looking at you green bean casserole.

Nice Pet of the Week: Coco
Excellent leash work out at the lake while bird watching. Did not attempt to chase any ducks, pelicans, or herons. Discovered her love of fireplaces when direct sunlight is unavailable. Currently formulating a plan to install one in the apartment.
Medium Pets of the Week: Light & L
Didn’t really see them this week due to being away in Arizona, so it felt unfair to cast judgment either way. Both were super lovey and snuggly upon my return. Light has been head-butting my hand all morning. Very nice to be loved but very hard to type.
